UNICEF Mongolia has appointed Ms. N.Munkhnasan, Chairwoman of Monpolymet Group, as its Child Protection Ambassador — a role through which she is expected to leverage her extensive leadership experience to promote the rights and well-being of children, particularly those from vulnerable and marginalized communities.
In her capacity as Ambassador, Ms. Munkhnasan will prioritize initiatives aimed at advancing equitable access to education, strengthening child protection systems, and fostering broader participation from the private sector in addressing issues that affect children’s development and safety.
Having previously led numerous impactful projects in the fields of education, public health, and sustainable development, she brings a deep understanding of how multisectoral collaboration can be mobilized to create lasting, systemic change. Her appointment is therefore anticipated to serve not only as a symbolic endorsement of the importance of child welfare but also as a catalyst for deeper public engagement and more robust, cross-sector partnerships in Mongolia’s child rights agenda.
This milestone further underscores the growing recognition of private sector leadership as a vital force in achieving the shared goal of a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for every child.
