Since 2015, Moncement’s testing laboratory has diligently overseen the quality of raw materials and production processes, ensuring high-quality products. Our state-of-the-art facilities, equipped with modern European-standard equipment and staffed by qualified personnel, maintain rigorous standards. Each year, employees participate in both domestic and international training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance their skills.
In 2018, the Mongolian Agency for Standardization and Metrology accredited our laboratory for adhering to the MNS ISO/IEC 17025 standard. This accreditation confirms that our test results are nationally and regionally recognized, ensuring reliable quality control of production processes and final products.
The Moncement laboratory conducts various analyses, including wet chemical, coal, physical mechanical test, and instrumental analysis on limestone, iron ore, silicate rocks, coal, clinker, and cement. We offer these services to institutions, individuals, and government organizations.
A key advantage of our factory is the regular supply from both urban and rural factories. Additionally, we introduced a 24/7 delivery service, the first in the construction industry, enabling customers to reduce business operation challenges.
